Foundation Walls - River Arts District

Over the course of about two hours, I photographed probably 100 different murals out at Foundation Walls.  Here are many of my favorites!  Feel free to use any of these.  Just ask that you cite where you got them.  My blog link will do.  Thanks.

The last one is obviously one "in the works."  What's unique about it is that the girl in the pink jacket is behind the project, and it's of her mother, a guardian angel, watching over her.  Her mom died twelve years ago, and this mural is a way to keep her memory alive.  And it's beautiful.

In 2018, my passion for seeking out and photographing murals really took off.  Look under murals in categories (right sidebar) to see my collection.  Obviously, most are in Asheville or nearby towns.  However, next year, this one in Statesville, NC, a good two hours away, is a priority.
