Driving Around Headland

This is not my dashcam.  It appears the driver is speeding, but dashcams actually record at a faster rate.  So don't panic!  At some point, he drives by my great-uncle's home on Main Street.  What's funny is that my uncle (Jim Vann) was out checking his mail.  I spotted him!
