I wanted to be sure to recognize Asheville Pizza & Brewing for their promotion a few days before the eclipse. Glasses were hard to come by at the point, so when I read that they were offering a free pair with the purchase of an eclipse-inspired brew (Perfect Night IPA), it was about the only chance we had left. My brother was at the Asheville Brewing across town doing his best to get whatever number of eclipse glasses he could. We had a guest coming, and a party for the big event. Asheville Pizza & Brewing came through big-time, as did their sister business. Our waitress was on the spot, making sure we got our brew and glasses right at 5 PM! The guy who brought the pizza to our table even did a moonwalk (at my request) on his way back to the kitchen. Quite funny! They definitely will be getting more of our business!
