We were driving on the interstate - the stretch of I-240 just north of Asheville's downtown - when we spotted some bears. Since we were moving too fast to stop, I decided to take the next exit, go back, exit again, and then get back on 240 E. The plan was to pull over in the emergency lane, in the area where I thought they were. You know me, couldn't pass up an opportunity. The question was: Would they still be there?
Afterwards, we went on to Fairview to pick up some Chinese food. We laughed when we got back home. Seeing the bears made it a fun day.
