Kade ordered the Tangential Light (left), and I got the Baby Raptor.
This is one of Asheville's newest breweries, and definitely one of the more secluded, off-the-beaten-path ones. If you really want to go to this place, you will find it. And once you arrive, prepare yourself. It's an impressive operation. They are only open on weekends, and there's a food truck Saturdays and Sundays. On Fridays, you can take your own food, which we did. We went to AVL Tacos & Taps - their drive-thru - and got delicious tacos to go. We ate them at one of the outside tables on a Friday afternoon.
