6.76 miles, 1075 feet elevation gain

Met a couple of ladies from Cleveland who were out walking.  One spends summers in Asheville.  They were already halfway up the side of the mountain, and were looking for ideas to extend their walk a bit.  I gave them some.  We also talked BEARS.  Earlier I had seen one.
