I underlined Jews, because you can easily insert others: Republicans, Socialists, Catholics, the Police, Democrats, Women, Boomers, Foreigners, Whites, Unbelievers, China, Men, the Rich, Muslims, the Homeless, America, Conservatives, Exes, Christians, Gays, Millennials, Parents, Liberals, Russia, the Devil, et al.
Examples:
In rural Uzbekistan, the joke is, if something is broken, blame the Jews. And yet there are no Jews around.
I'm moving out of this city because there are no good men here.
The devil is keeping me from losing weight.
I can't imagine why anybody would want to be a conservative.
