I basically followed this recipe. Used the same salt-spice blend to rim. Opted for hard rocks glasses and 2 inch cubes. You can certainly experiment.
I circled where Oaxaca is. Hopefully this year I can take Kade for a trip down there. Been to Canada. Spent a summer there, in fact. Now I must visit Mexico, our neighbor to the south. As much as I enjoy traveling, I have always felt it's a bit embarrassing that I've never been to Mexico. Oaxaca is a great place to start. Wonderful culture, history and cuisine. It would be worth it just to go for the food and the margaritas!
