Right now, this is our favorite BBQ spot in all of Asheville. During the week you can pick up brisket, and on Sundays it's ribs! Their sides are really great, too. We've gotten Q "to go" and it's wonderful that way. We live very close by. Of course, you can stay out there and eat at picnic tables. While you're waiting for your order, you can sip a craft beer at Riverside Rhapsody Beer Company, which owns the property where Iron & Oak Brisket Co. is operating.
