Just recently Kenny and May (photo one) invited many of their friends over for an authentic Chinese barbecue and dinner. Luckily, Kade and I were on the invitation list. The hosts were gracious, the food was divine, the atmosphere was lively and the view of the lake and mountains was spectacular. I met Kenny through the Asheville Badminton Club, where I play 2-3 times per week.
Two more times in 2010, we were invited back over for dinner. Then, in 2011, it was a big July 4th party!

I would love some close-ups of the food along with a detailed description of each. It all looks very interesting and might be worthy of its on blog post...yes/no?
