A rain-soaked day kept us from doing any serious sight-seeing in Newport, Rhode Island. Therefore, we decided to drive on to New Haven, Connecticut to the spend the night. The following day we drove around the Yale Campus, had a fabulous burger and later got an afternoon coffee. Then, we drove over to a friend's house - a lady I taught in Uzbekistan many, many years ago. We were greeted at the door with big smiles and we left with full stomachs. Traditional Uzbek food was made from scratch, and we got to participate. Thanks, Shahnoza. Uncle Jim, as you can see in the second video, loved playing with the children. And they loved him!
