Cousin Ted Jackson
Theodore Jackson, Jr.'s grandmother Pearle (Espy) Jackson and my great-grandfather, John Jolly Espy, Sr., were siblings. Ted's father and my grandfather, Major Espy, were first cousins, and very close. They served together as Samford University trustees. Ted now serves on Samford's Board.
