Henry County High School Class of 1935

My grandfather was David Paul Whitten born and raised in Headland. He later lived and worked in Centre, AL. His parents were Guinn and GD (Dave) Whitten who lived in the house he built on the corner of Mitchell and Whitten street around 1915. These photos are from my grandfather's school days. The newspaper group photo was shared in the newspaper prior to a reunion for the Henry County class of 1935. He was born in 1917.  - Daniel Whitten
