A couple of weekends ago, a friend and I stopped by Archetype Brewing Company in West Asheville. It happened to be their grand opening. After that, we went down by the French Broad River to Wedge Brewing Company, which has been around for a while. I ordered the Julian Price Pilsner the Wedge. Not sure what my friend got, but we sat outside and enjoyed the evening. There was a Korean taco truck and some games. Fun environment. And the beers at both places were good. Still working on my goal to drink a beer at all Asheville & Asheville area breweries.
