Hall & Oates

This is some fantastic 80s music.  I definitely had Hall & Oates fever when I was young.  I'd have to say, they were my favorite duo.  They put out hit after hit over maybe a five-year period.  Their songs were very catchy and feel-good.  I have their greatest hits album in the car, and I play it often, especially on road trips.  Transports me back in time.  Makes me think of my dad, too.  When I was young, and in the truck with him, when Private Eyes would come on, he would sing along.  My dad had a very fun vibe, and I have had cousins who told me they saw this, and liked this about him.  Interestingly, in the early 2000s, he got to see Hall & Oates perform live at a banking conference.  Hear Daryl's voice in the last video.  Still has it.  John Oates, by the way, was walking around Asheville's downtown a few years ago.  He is bright, and humble.  Find his interviews on YouTube.
