This TV mini-series aired in 1986. I remember watching it.
This is the "home for unwed mothers" where Ted Bundy was born in Burlington, Vermont.
A friend and I were talking about Ed Gein and Ted Bundy. Gein committed his horrific crimes in Plainfield, WI, not far from where my friend grew up. Bundy's last few sadistic murders took place in Tallahassee, just two hours from my hometown. I was too young to know about it then. Bundy was apprehended in Pensacola, FL.
