There's another dog off leash (in bear country) and people who don't care. Leave the dog at home or stay home and walk on your treadmill. When that dog goes after a bear and the bear starts chasing it back towards people, just let the bear bite somebody. Lawsuit. And what's also sad is the bear would likely be put down. Be responsible, people.
This beautiful dog is considered fine in its yard as long as there's a fence.
